Brief
Shepherd developments asked our design team to re-brand and design a new brochure for “The Edge” a modern, high spec office building in York. They already had a brochure design but the design and the marketing wasn’t working so they worked with Impression DP to revamp both campaigns.
Solution
With the use of some lovely photograophy we created a lovely A4 4 page landscape brochure that highlighted the high specification the building had and its main selling points.
We finsihed the brochure of by using a matt laminate to both sides to give it a sturdy quality feel and also a Spot UV varnish to really bring out the imagery.
